    The ALL-in-ONE System combines the best features of automatic veneering with the speed and accuracy of foot operated clamping. This is the only product of its kind on the market, and its the choice of the professional woodworker.

    Automatic Veneering & Laminating
    This system is equipped with an adjustable vacuum sensor which automatically regulates the vacuum level within the bag. If the pressure drops, the system automatically turns on until the desired vacuum level is achieved, and then shuts off. The vacuum sensor can be adjusted down to reduce the pressure in the vacuum bag. When veneering, the foot pedal allows you to stop the vacuum and adjust the work piece in the bag, and then restart the vacuum while holding the work piece in place. This is an important feature when doing curved or complex work.

    Foot Operated Clamping
    The Foot Pedal will dramatically increase the speed of all of your clamping applications. A tap on the foot pedal will create up to 1,800 lbs./sq.ft. of strong holding force. The vacuum stays on even when your foot is removed from the pedal. Tap the foot pedal to the off position and the vacuum will bleed away, causing your work piece to be instantly released. The foot pedal frees your hands to hold your router or align your work piece. Production can be increased up to 300% with this clamping Feature.

    NU-Matic Systems

    The NU-Matic system is an automatic air-powered vacuum veneering system. This system will automatically regulate the vacuum level within the vacuum bag. It is an all air system meaning there is no electricity required.

    VAK-Matic Systems
    Veneering & Laminating


    The VAK-Matic system is an automatic air-powered vacuum veneering system. This system will automatically regulate the vacuum level within the vacuum bag. It is very similar to the ALL-in-One system, but without the foot operated clamping capabilities. It is the choice of professionals interested in veneering and laminating, and can be upgraded to an ALL-in-ONE system at anytime without losing your original investment.

    Automatic Veneering & Laminating
    This system is equipped with an adjustable vacuum sensor which automatically regulates the vacuum level within the vacuum bag. If the pressure drops, the system automatically turns on until the desired vacuum level is achieved, and then shuts off. The vacuum sensor can be adjusted down to reduce the pressure in the bag.

    Klamping
    This system offers vacuum clamping, however it does not include a Foot Pedal or other accessories like the ALL-in-ONE System. The operator must turn the clamp button on and off for all clamping applications, and must also release the work piece with the aid of a manual bleeder valve. The VAK-Matic system is recommended for Professionals who intend to use their system primarily for veneering and laminating.

    Manual Systems
    Veneering and Laminating


    The Manual system is a good starter for those with limited funds, or those who just want to try veneering. This low cost alternative will allow the woodworker to try veneering and clamping. It will give the same high quality results as the ALL-in-ONE or VAK-Matic systems; however, it does require the operator to monitor the correct vacuum level within the bag. Remember this system can be upgraded to an automatic unit without losing your original investment in the VAK Pump.

    Veneering & Laminating
    This system is not equipped with a vacuum sensor to automatically regulate the correct vacuum level within the bag. The operator must periodically check the vacuum level within the bag by monitoring a gauge, and turning the pump ON & OFF accordingly.

    Klamping
    The Manual system can also be used for vacuum clamping. It offers hand operated clamping, where the operator must turn a hand valve 90 degrees in order to turn the pump ON & OFF. When the work piece is completed, it can be instantly released by turning the valve to the OFF position. The next piece can then be placed onto the vacuum jig to be clamped.

    Klamping


    The Ped-VAK is the fastest and most economical vacuum clamping System available. It creates up to 1800 lbs./sq.ft. of clamping force and comes with a Foot Pedal for high speed production. The Foot Pedal allows your hands to be free to hold your router or adjust your work piece.     Manual VAK Pumps
    Klamping

    Manual VAK Pumps create the same holding force as PED-VAK systems; however, they do not include a foot pedal. These systems must be turned ON & OFF by twisting a valve 90 degrees. Manual VAK Pumps are great for occasional users who do not plan to use their system for production, or for those who have limited funds. Remember, any Manual VAK Pump can be upgraded to a PED-VAK system any time.
